Refunds and Exchanges

All one of a kind art jewelry pieces are hand-fabricated, often in fine metals and gemstones.

All items are tracked. If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please contact me describing the specifics and send the item back to the Vaughn Millner Jewelry business address within 7 days of date received. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken or exchanged stones and the finish of the metal and stones must be unscratched. I reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in resale condition.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable. All returns must be shipped with insurance and tracking information.

 Customers are responsible for contacting me within 24 hours if the item arrives in damaged condition. Customers are requested to photograph the damaged item and send the photo to me. When I receive the photo, the piece will be exchanged for another one at the same value.
